I have been working with Electro Polish Co. for several years now and have nothing but great things to say about the company. The employees are outstanding, every person I have had the pleasure to deal with  has been extremely professional and courteous; their commitment to customer service is exemplary. Electro Polish makes us their priority. Their integrity is flawless. If I am told an order will arrive back to our facility on a certain day I do not have to think twice about it not arriving.

Electro Polish is my BEST vendor by far. EP sets the standard by which I grade my other vendors. All around, from the quoting process to the invoicing, nearly everything goes smoothly.

There are many examples that prove why EP goes above and beyond what it required. One being certifications. Some vendors would blindly certify every job and bill that into the cost, whether you need it or not. EP has a cert fee so if you need it, you pay. If you don’t need certs, you won’t pay for them. Another example is turn-around time. There are times we can drop parts off in the morning, and by lunch the parts are done. There are other vendors that I have to call a week later and the parts have not even started production.

Electro Polish Co. has gone above and beyond as far as customer satisfaction and service, which is rare to fine these days. It has been my pleasure to do business with them on a day to day basis. Always willing to help and problem solve issues, no matter the situation… even if it means they have to send me to a competitor. I have always been able to count on them. There is and always has been an open door policy which is nice. I have always been treated with the utmost respect. Integrity, honesty and communication is top notch.
